139 students of the Agribusiness Undergraduate Study Program carried out a field trip to East Java – Bali on 20 – 25 February 2023. This field trip is one of the final assignments that students must complete by visiting various agribusiness companies in Indonesia. The locations that will be visited are PT BISI Internasional Tbk. Kediri, PT Karya Mas Makmur (Teh Villa), Entrepreneurship Training Center PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, and liquid organic fertilizer producer PT Alove Bali.
Speech from the Head of the Study Program Ir. Kustopo Budiraharjo, M.P., at the departure ceremony said that students were expected to be able to explore information and technology applied in the agribusiness companies they visited. “Take advantage of the opportunity to visit as well as possible and comply with the field trip regulations,” said Kustopo. The Head of the Study Program also hopes that this field trip can add insight to students. This field trip activity was accompanied by a team of accompanying lecturers: Siwi Gayatri, S.Pt. M.Sc. Ph.D., Suryani Nurfadillah, S.E., M.Sc., Kadhung Prayoga, S.P., M.Sc., and Agus Subhan Prasetyo, S.P., M.Sc.
