In the midst of incessant independent campus activities and strengthening cooperation between academia and industry. In 2022, the Diponegoro University Agribusiness S1 Study Program again sent 7 students to be able to take part in work internships in various business units of PT. Charoen Pokphand. The Entrepreneur Training Center (ETC) program has entered its second year, having previously been successfully implemented in 2021. In 2022, 7 selected students are Dwi Kartika, Hanan Kusuma Wiratama, Junius Imanuel Tarigan, Monica Utami Sibarani, Elsa Yohana Simanullang, Ria Kristin Gustina Br Tarihoran, and Bangkit Permata Aji.

Through the ETC program, Undip Agribusiness students are expected to not only understand the theory in class but also its implementation in the field. Moreover, PT. Charoen Pokphand is a multinational company. Learning directly in the field is a necessity for students so that they can compare what is in class and what is actually happening. Head of Undip Agribusiness Study Program, Ir. Kustopo Budiraharjo, M.P also confirmed this that the ETC program is a bridge for students to be able to enter the world of work and gain hands-on experience working in big companies in the world.

The description of the ETC program itself will be carried out for 18 weeks which is divided into 6 weeks of class sessions on campus, 10 weeks of internship activities (horticultural gardens, closed house cages and prima freshmart stores), and 2 weeks of carrying out business plans and business practices. The curriculum that has been built has been adjusted between the needs of industry and academic expertise. Given the results of this internship program activities will be converted into several courses. In addition, the ETC program also brings in practitioners of the poultry sector so that they can give students an idea that entrepreneurship in the livestock sector is also very promising.
