Visiting activities carried out by Agribusiness students who were on a field trip on the second day were Teh Villa (PT Karya Mas Makmur) and PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. Tuesday morning, students of the 2020 agribusiness study program were preparing to visit the Teh Villa (PT Karya Mas Makmur). The group was received by Ms. Novia from Teh Villa. Students get an explanation of the various types of products at the Tea Villa. In addition, students also observe the production process of black tea, the product distribution mechanism, the benefits of black tea and the factors that influence the quality of the tea produced.
The next visit was PT HM Sampoena Tbk, namely at the Sampoerna Entrepreneurship Training Center (SETC). The group was warmly welcomed by Mr. Riza Primadi and the Team. The materials presented were activities carried out by SETC and the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and agriculture. The activities carried out by SETC include training, research and innovation, mentoring and monitoring, incubation, networking and intermediation. Students also get an explanation about the facilities available at SETC, and the types of training that are carried out.
The group of Agribusiness 2023 field trip participants continued their journey to the Island of the Gods to visit PT Alove Bali.
