Thursday, 13 April 2023 at the Aruss Hotel, assistance was provided for the development of a bilingual website and webometrics ranking for all Faculties at Undip. The event, which is planned to last for two days, was opened by Vice Chancellor III, Prof. Budi Setiyono, S.Sos., M.Pol.Admin., Ph.D.
This event is Undip’s effort to improve Undip’s image and one of the steps in internationalizing it, said Vice Rector III.
This activity took place as Undip’s effort to achieve a higher ranking in the future. Various efforts were made starting from connecting the journal domain at Undip with Google Scholar, increasing the visibility of the works of lecturers and students.
Not only that, on this occasion Alkomari, M.I.Kom, as the second speaker also explained the strategy and how to write articles so they could get lots of views. Not just giving material, participants are also expected to make at least two news items posted on the study program’s website as a form of evaluation.
At the end of the event, the resource person gave an explanation regarding website development so that it can be more user-friendly and utilize the latest features. Participants are also accompanied to directly practice the knowledge gained.
