Universitas Diponegoro, especially the three study programs namely Agribusiness, Animal Sciences, and Food Technology, the Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences has again demonstrated quality improvement in the field of education that not only meets global but also international standards.
This achievement was of course through the document preparation process starting in 2021. Visitation of ASIIN international accreditation to the three study programs was held on January 24-26 2022 by online. Visitation of ASIIN was carried out by five assessors from Germany and Indonesia. Among them were Prof. Dr. Thomas John from the University of Applied Sciences Neubrandenburg, Prof. Dr. Bennhard Hiebl of the University of Hannover, Prof. Dr. Sonja Kleinertz from the University of Rostock, Almansyah Sinatrya from the Industry Representative and Cindy Septiany from the Student Representative.
“….with ASIIN International Accreditation achieved, we hope that the Agribusiness study program will continue to develop and contribute to increasing the progress of the Agribusiness sector in Indonesia. Apart from that, it is also expected to be able to provide better transfer of knowledge to students and become the study program of choice for prospective students to study at Universitas Diponegoro”, said Ir. Kustopo Budiraharjo, M.P as Chair of the Agribusiness Undergraduate Study Program.
Likewise, the response from Siwi Gayatri, S.Pt., M.Sc., P.hD as Chair of the Agribusiness Masters Study Program and PIC ASIIN, “the achievement of ASIIN accreditation by the Bachelor of Agribusiness shows that the quality of education and teaching has been recognized internationally.
